By accessing or using the HiFoody food delivery application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Ordering and Delivery

HiFoody acts as an intermediary between users and restaurants for food delivery services. While we strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery, we do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or legality of any products or services offered by restaurants.

Users are solely responsible for verifying the quality and safety of food products before consumption.

5. Payment

Users agree to pay for orders placed through the App using the designated payment methods. Prices displayed on the App are subject to change without prior notice. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You shall not use the App in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of HiFoody and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any portion of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy Policy

By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiFoody shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Modification of Terms

HiFoody reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
